We received the HY16 into the workshop and went over it before it goes out to work. The packing did its job — stretch wrap around the whole machine, the seat and controls protected, and the pallet strapped down properly, so there was nothing to touch up on arrival.
The HY16 arrived exactly as described, and it is a bigger machine than I expected for the money.
I ordered the 1.2-tonne model with the mechanical grab, and the whole set arrived on a single pallet with the bucket and the grab already fitted to the machine.
