"I ordered the 1.2-tonne model with the mechanical grab, and the whole set arrived on a single pallet with the bucket and the grab already mounted on the machine. Everything was packed and secured properly: no marks on the paint, no missing parts, and the hydraulic lines were already connected and tested. The grab is exactly what I was after — stones, logs and anything awkward to lift, without changing attachments every twenty minutes. It also fits through the narrow side entrance to my property, which is why I chose this size in the first place. I am very pleased with how it was delivered on arrival."
